I’ve been a hair stylist for over 19 years, working everywhere from fashion week and red carpets to photo shoots and with a loyal celebrity clientele. What truly inspires me, though, is connecting with people and uplifting them through my work. Over time, I’ve become deeply interested in the link between our inner wellbeing and the health of our hair—how stress, nutrition, sleep, and emotions can shape its strength, growth, and vitality.

This passion led me to create bulb—a salon that goes beyond traditional styling to nurture clients from the inside out. In our low-stress, holistic space, we focus on the whole person, offering nourishing treatments, healthy snacks, and a calming atmosphere designed to restore your mind, body, and hair. At bulb, hair and health come together in harmony, so you leave feeling your best—inside and out.
With over 14 years of experience in the hair industry, I specialise in balayage and low-maintenance styles that enhance natural beauty and fit effortlessly into my clients’ lifestyles. For the past six years, I’ve worked in a bespoke rural salon, where I’ve built strong connections with my community and refined my approach to personalised, client-focused care.

I’m passionate about helping people feel their best—because when you look good, you feel good. I believe that self-care, including how we care for our hair and appearance, plays a powerful role in overall wellbeing. Mental health and physical health are deeply connected, and I’m proud to offer a service that supports both.
Colour is my canvas - With over 20 years of experience as a hair colour specialist at Jo Hansford and FOUR London Mayfair, I bring deep expertise, artistry, and precision to every client. My approach combines technical mastery with creative intuition, designing bespoke shades that enhance natural beauty and express individual style.

A perfectionist by nature, I understand how the smallest shifts in tone, placement, or light can completely transform a look. Whether crafting soft, sun-kissed dimension or bold, expressive colour, I bring care, detail, and passion to every appointment.

My goal is simple: to help each client look and feel effortlessly confident through colour that is authentic, refined, and uniquely their own.
With over 22 years of experience in the hair industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work in high-end salons across Leicestershire, London, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.

I’m passionate about creating hair that feels effortlessly you, from beautifully blended, lived-in blondes to precision cutting and more alternative styles, including wolf cuts and mullets.

I also specialise in event styling and have previously worked on fashion shows, bringing creativity, attention to detail and a love of styling to every look.

With over 15 years of wearing extensions myself, I know first hand how transformative they can be—not just in appearance, but in confidence. That experience fuels my passion for creating extensions that are safe, comfortable, and undetectable.

Trained in nano rings, keratin bonds, tapes, and invisible wefts, I tailor discreet, high-performance methods to each client. For me, beautiful extensions start with healthy hair and scalp, so I prioritise building a strong foundation before creating bespoke transformations—whether that’s restoring fullness, rebuilding volume, or enhancing your natural style.

I’m now expanding into mesh integration systems to support women experiencing hair loss—combining compassion, expertise, and subtlety. This service is deeply personal to me, and a waitlist is now open for those who need it most.

My name is Aija. I am 41 years old and have over eight years of experience in the beauty industry. Before entering the beauty field, I studied Psychology and Business, which I believe strongly support my work today.

I am deeply passionate about the art of healing through touch therapies and whole-body wellness. I am a lifelong student of the mind, body, and soul. Paper books and a cup of Earl Grey bring me great joy.

I am a strong advocate for individuals going through oncology treatment, supporting them through my knowledge of complementary touch therapy. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where everyone feels safe and free to release the tensions they carry each day.
